Roots blower maintenance

The gear adopts 20CrMnTi after carburizing treatment, grinding process, the precision reaches five grades, and the tooth surface is more wear-resistant. The bearing adopts imported double-row roller bearings with large carrying capacity. Therefore, the service life of the fan is increased. The output air is clean.  Blower adopts a special structural design to prevent oily substances from entering the casing, so the output air does not contain any oil. All blower products, including accessories, having achieved standardized design and production, with good interchangeability and versatility, meeting the goals of high quality, low cost, and mass production. The safe operation and service life of the blower depends on the correct and frequent maintenance. In addition to the general maintenance procedures, the following points must be paid attention to:

1. Check the fastening of each part and whether the positioning pin is loose or not. If there is any looseness, tighten it.

2. Whether there is oil leakage inside the blower body.

3. There should be no fouling, rusting or peeling inside the blower body.

4. Pay attention to whether the cooling of the lubricating oil is normal, pay attention to the quality of the lubricating oil, always pay attention to noise during operation of the blower, and pay attention to whether the unit is working under non-compliant conditions
